The Essence Foundation is a not for profit organisation specialising in personal development courses. It was established in London in 2003 by Dr Menis Yousry and courses are now available in sixteen locations across Europe and the Middle East. The Essence Foundation offers four courses, all of which differ in structure and content and are highly practical and experiential. (Dr Yousry himself facilitates the courses in English which is then interpreted into the native language of each country as appropriate.)
The Essence Foundation’s courses consistently improve participants’ quality of life by bringing healing and understanding to ourselves and the way we interact with those closest to us. Its unique transformational contribution moves life towards self-acceptance and compassion both for ourselves and others. The Essence process uncovers the everyday subconscious patterns that prevent you from being the real you and reveals the behaviours we have “learnt” and which hold us back from achieving our goals. The awareness generated during an Essence course is most profound and of long-lasting value because it is self-discovered as opposed to being "taught".
