This course is an opportunity to move beyond the self-imposed barriers that limit us so we can be at one with what inspires us, in a uniquely empowering way. The course emphasis is on identifying and accepting the unconscious behaviours that we learned as children to cope with the world. With compassion and support the course allows us to experience ourselves without these limitations.

Because limitations are beliefs based on evidence from the past, in order to move beyond them it is necessary to actually experience life without them, in order to create new positive beliefs. This course takes the principles first encountered in the Foundation Course to a far greater depth and is an even more challenging and fulfilling experience.

Course Times and Registration
Day one 7.00pm – 10.00pm approx
Day two 10.00am – 10.00pm approx
Day three 10.00am – 8pm approx (from 8pm the evening is open to friends and families)

Breaks are scheduled regularly throughout the day

Tuition Fees and Cancellation Policy
The full fee for the Relationships Course is £250 and is non- refundable. However, it can be transferred to another Essence Course within a period of twelve months, providing notice is given at least two weeks in advance (should you wish to cancel).
