Essence Connections
Essence Connections are monthly social evenings that enable you to reconnect with Essence courses and the Essence community. Everyone is welcome, regardless of whether or not you've participated in an Essence course. There will be a chance to ask questions about any aspects of our courses, as well as opportunities to share personal experiences and to give and receive support from the group. If you're thinking about doing an Essence course it's a good opportunity to talk to a member of the Essence team, meet past participants and just enjoy an evening with friends and some healthy home cooked food.
Each Essence Connections evening costs £12 to attend with a range of activities including some sharing, eating together and socialising. The location of Essence Connections evenings may change at times so please check the website beforehand. Tea and coffee are available from 6.30pm for those who wish to come and socialise before and each meeting will start at 7pm with an approximate finishing time of 9.00pm.
